A dedicated group of members have been meeting up for the last 12 months every Monday between 9.30am – 11.30am. They call themselves the Working Bees and it’s not hard to see why when you have a look around the course.
Most recently they have been working on the holes 2 & 11 trimming overgrown bushes and removing unwanted weeds. Although most of their attention is focused on the garden areas, they also fill in divots on tees, rake up sticks in the rough, trim around sprinkler heads, rope off wet areas and clear bins.
There are always plenty of jobs to share around and we appreciate their hard work every week to beautify the golf course. Below are some pictures of some of the improvements they have made.
