Our 2024 local Handiskins tournament was by far the toughest competition to date with a record number of players scoring above 36 points and contestants needing an average of 3 x 38 point rounds to qualify for the Skins Final. Unfortunately Jimmy White was unavailable to play in the Skins Final on Saturday 21st September, which opened the door for Michael Cowell to play. Michael was initially unlucky to miss the final by countback after tying David on 114 points.
The final was played in good spirits with each contestant winning a piece of the $1200 in prize money (see split below). A special thanks to the legendary Johny Wallace who volunteered to officiate the final.
