Mixed Pennant News
Over the past 2 months our Mixed Pennant Div 6 team have competed against Ryde Paramatta, Wakehurst, Randwick and Bardwell Valley teams.
Week 1 we drew with Bardwell Valley, Week 2 we lost to Randwick 4.5 to 0.5, Week 3 we lost to Ryde Paramatta 3 – 2 and finished off the season with a great win against Wakehurst 4-1. Hurstville finished Tied 3rd for the division.
Major Pennant News
Our Div 5 Major Pennant team has had a solid start with a strong win against Macarthur Grange week 1 5.5 to 1.5. Week 2 Macarthur Grange had a narrow win 4 – 3 and we then won week 3 4 to 3 against Kareela. As on 16th February with 3 weeks to go and 1 round for us to play, we lead our division. Fingers crossed Hurstville will win its first Major Pennant Flag.
