On Sunday 26th February the upper level of the new clubhouse was utilized for the first time as a premium function room for Hurstville Golf Clubs AGM. Approximately 100 members attended the meeting which tested the rooms capacity limits as well as the efficiency of the air conditioning on what was a balmy summer evening. It’s fantastic to see so many members demonstrating a sincere interest in the clubs wellbeing. For most members it was their first time experiencing a feel for the clubhouse and enjoying the picturesque views of the course from the upper level.

At this stage the function room can be used for Golf Events only, however BlueFit management and Georges River Council will be applying to change our licence restrictions in the near future so we can host events that don’t involve playing golf beforehand.
